Terms & conditions
Last updated February 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Bridji ("we", "us"), the operator of bridji.com and provider of the Bridji software service. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. Questions: support@bridji.com.
The service
Bridji helps buyers create bilingual product specifications, collect supplier confirmations and electronic signatures, estimate costs, track manufacturing, inspections and shipments. Outputs are decision support, not legal, engineering, or compliance advice — you are responsible for reviewing every specification before sending it to a factory.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, be at least 18, and be responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person; team seats are provided on the Agency plan.
Subscriptions and payment
Free, Pro ($39/month) and Agency ($199/month) plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and prices are shown before checkout. Payments, invoicing and sales tax are handled by our payment provider, which acts as Merchant of Record for your purchase and appears as the seller on your invoice. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware, or content that is illegal, infringing or misleading;
- specify or source counterfeit goods, weapons, controlled substances or other prohibited products;
- probe, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or circumvent access controls, plan limits or rate limits;
- submit another person's signature, or forge, alter or misrepresent a supplier agreement.
Your content and intellectual property
You keep all rights in the specifications, images and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content in order to operate the service, including sending it to AI providers to generate outputs. We and our licensors keep all rights in the Bridji software, brand, design and templates; nothing here transfers those rights to you.
Supplier agreements and electronic signatures
Bridji records confirmations and electronic signatures together with a timestamped audit trail. We provide the record; we are not a party to any agreement between you and your supplier, and we do not guarantee that a given signature is enforceable in a particular jurisdiction.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates security or legal risk, or fails to pay, and will give notice where reasonably practicable. Following termination we may delete your data in line with our privacy notice.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, production losses, supplier disputes or defective goods. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
