Enter your order quantity and get the inspection sample size plus the accept and reject limits for critical, major and minor defects — straight from the ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) single sampling tables for normal inspection.
Your order
The standard choice for most orders.
Most consumer-goods orders use 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects, with zero tolerance for critical defects.

How to read the result
Sample size
The number of units the inspector pulls at random from the finished, packed lot — not the whole order.
Accept limit
Find this many defects of that class or fewer and the lot passes for that class.
Reject limit
Hit this number and the lot fails. Rework and re-inspect before releasing the balance payment.
Put the same numbers in writing before production starts, so the factory agrees to the inspection standard up front — our product specification sheet guide shows exactly where AQL levels belong in a spec.
